This acquisition, combined with our ownership position in TAC Americas, Ltd, represents over 40 years’ experience in the manufacturing of Custom Armoring of vehicles; providing risk/vulnerability consulting including corporate program consulting for the purchase and use of armored vehicles. Over the coming weeks VASG will consolidate these iconic companies under the one branding of Victory Armoring Solutions Global.
Mark and Norma Caldwell, sole owners of Victory Business Solutions – USA, LLC and Victory Armoring Solutions Global, welcome this acquisition as an opportunity to expand its custom armored vehicle and unarmored vehicle sales offerings worldwide. "VASG will continue to provide great quality armored vehicles for individuals, corporations, NGOs, governments, and charities throughout this increasingly dangerous world” , says Mark Caldwell.
Victory Armoring Solutions Global also announces it will be introducing a global sales and maintenance program in 2024. “Our sales and maintenance locations will be co-located, physical places of business, in strategic locations around the world.
